New Freebsd port of 2.4.1, aka r3791- Need testing before commit!

FreeBSD 7 - i386  / GTK-2.12.11 , QT4-4.3.4
Everthing works - very good job.

As a side note:
Windows Media files crash, if locales are set to "C".
But that's a shoddy format, anyway.
